Sodium bicarbonate, commonly known as baking soda, is a compound with the chemical formula NaHCO 3. It is a salt composed of sodium cations (sodium+) and bicarbonate anions (HCO 3-). Sodium bicarbonate is a white solid with crystallinity, but usually appears in the form of fine powder. It's a bit salty and has an alkaline taste similar to soda water.. The natural mineral form is Nakote. It is a component of mineral neutrons and has been found to dissolve in many mineral springs.

Applications of Sodium bicarbonate
Sodium bicarbonate can be directly used as a raw material in the pharmaceutical industry. It can also be used in film production, tanning, mineral processing, smelting, metal heat treatment, as well as in the fiber and rubber industries. It is also used as a detergent for wool and for soaking seeds in agriculture. One of the most widely used loosening agents in the food industry, it is used in the production of biscuits, cakes, Mantou, bread, etc. It is a carbon dioxide generator in soft drinks; It can be compounded with alum to form alkaline fermentation powder, or with soda ash to form civil stone alkali; It can also be used as a butter preservative. Fire fighting equipment is used to produce acid alkali fire extinguishers and foam fire extinguishers. The rubber industry uses it in combination with alum and H pore forming agents to achieve uniform pore formation in the production of rubber and sponge. The metallurgical industry is used as a flux for casting steel ingots. The mechanical industry is used as a molding aid for steel casting sand molds. The printing and dyeing industry is used as a fixing agent for dyeing and printing, an acid-base buffer, and a post-treatment agent for fabric dyeing and finishing.
